This API Portal is operated by Earth2 Recon. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Earth2 Recon.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Portal. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Permitted use

The Portal is provided to discover, explore and integrate with Earth2 Recon APIs: to browse the API catalogue, read documentation, register apps and obtain API credentials. You may use it for lawful business purposes consistent with these Terms and any API licence or agreement you hold with Earth2 Recon.

Your account and credentials

• You are responsible for keeping your login details and API credentials (consumer keys and secrets) confidential.
• You must not share credentials with, or obtain credentials on behalf of, any person or organisation not authorised to use them.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
• We may suspend or revoke access or credentials at any time where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Portal or our APIs for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, networks or data
• Exceed rate limits, circumvent quotas or otherwise place unreasonable load on our APIs
• Scrape, copy or reproduce our content or API data in bulk without written permission
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other harmful code
• Engage in conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Portal, our APIs or other users
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

All content on this Portal — including text, documentation, API specifications, graphics, logos and code — is owned by or licensed to Earth2 Recon and is protected under Australian and international copyright law. This Portal, its content and our APIs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
